Project Analyst Intern
Kickstart your data-handling career as a Project Analyst Intern: precise Excel work, transfer 50–60 properties into Pipedrive, and learn real estate assessment — collaborate and grow.
Bring order to our property data — precise Excel work and a clean migration into Pipedrive — while you learn how real estate actually gets assessed.
The job in one sentence
We're making Pipedrive the single system of record for Property, and a lot of information still needs to be moved in and structured properly. We're looking for someone precise to get it right — and to grow into more if it's a fit.
What you'd actually do
Our sales team has used Pipedrive for a while, but plenty of property and project information still needs to be transferred and organised. You'll work closely with the Property team to get it in — accurately and well-structured — and pick up how we assess properties as you go.
Get the data in, cleanly.
Transfer roughly 50–60 properties/projects (sites) into Pipedrive.
Process and structure large amounts of data in Excel before it goes into the system.
Build the assessment checklists.
Help develop good checklists for assessing properties — we already have examples and drafts to build on.
Fill out the checklist for each property as it's entered.
Grow into more, if it fits.
If it's a good fit, take on further data-handling and system tasks — as much as you're comfortable with.
Being honest about the work: it's partly manual, detailed and time-consuming. It rewards accuracy and good work discipline — and it won't suit you if careful, repetitive tasks make you restless.
What we're looking for
Accurate, structured and detail-oriented — you take quiet pride in getting things exactly right.
Good with Excel.
Quick to get comfortable with new systems (experience with Pipedrive or a similar CRM is a plus, not required).
Happy working independently, and glad to be part of a team.
An interest in real estate — and keen to learn how property and projects get assessed.
Fluent written and spoken English. Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.
Why start your career here
You'll do real, visible work — the property data the whole team leans on.
You'll learn how real estate gets assessed, hands-on, from people who do it.
A small team where you're known as a person, not a set of hands.
Room to take on more if it's a fit.
Practicalities
Location: Oslo, hybrid. Part-time alongside your studies. You'll work with the Property team.
About Fossefall
Fossefall is a Nordic AI-infrastructure company founded in 2025. We're around 30 people today, and moving fast to bring many more warm and talented people on board.
As a team, we're still small enough to know each other as people. We're curious — about each other, and about how the whole machine fits together — and we explain the why behind what we do. We're warm and generous with one another, and no one is left alone with a problem: we think out loud and bounce ideas together. We're clear about who owns what, and we do what we said we would.
What we're building
We develop and operate AI factories powered by renewable energy, turning clean Nordic power into scalable, sovereign computing capacity for Europe — built in partnership with local communities, energy producers and technology leaders across the world.
To apply
If you take quiet pride in getting data exactly right, we'd like to hear from you. Tell us briefly about something you organised or cleaned up that other people could then rely on — that tells us more than a long CV.
